I just wanted to say thank you and tell you how impressed I was by the service you (Dave Parker) and Shawn provided. In all the years I have had my cars serviced, I have never had such efficient work done. You were able to get tires on both my cars in less time than most centers could even do one. Thanks again. I hope you had a wonderful vacation in sunny Barbados this past week. I wanted to let you know that in your absence your shop is being run EXACTLY as you have always chosen to run it. Customer service is still king, and your staff is doing everything they can to make sure of that. I just thought I would tell you about the place we take our car and van for servicing and repairs because we are extremely happy with it. The service is fast and the cost is very reasonable. They are totally honest and don't try to get you to do repairs that are not necessary. If you want repairs done with used parts, they will do that at a fraction of the cost. Otherwise, needless to say, they use new parts and the prices are very reasonable. We can't say enough good things about them, which is what has motivated me to write this testimonial. We have been going to Parker Auto Care for years and will never go anywhere else! Before we heard about them, we were paying a lot more at other places and getting half the service. Parker Auto Care is near the corner of Carling and Clyde. (It's actually on a little street called Bellevue Avenue, which runs off Laperriere just east of Clyde.) Continually I am impressed with the quality level of service, workmanship, and honesty by Dave Parker and his mechanics at Parker Auto Care. After receiving a referral to them from a trusted friend many years ago, I can only speak praise for the way in which they treat customers and their vehicles. As a customer for years, it was a few years ago when I had a bad tank of gas that wreaked havoc in my car. I relegated myself to thinking it was unfixable or that the repair bill would be cost prohibitive. I trusted Dave and his mechanics again for the repair. As one might expect, it took a few days which went over a weekend. I was completely surprised that at his expense, Dave rented me a vehicle to drive. I didn't expect this at all, though I've come to realize this kind of quality service here and going the extra mile. Parker Auto Care turned my lemon back into a fully functioning vehicle that I had confidence in driving. I continue to take my vehicles there, and refer others to them because of the trust I have for them built on the care they have for clients and their vehicles. Vehicles require care and regular maintenance. When they do, go see Dave. His long serving mechanics complement a long served clientele. There is no anxiety that comes with a car repair because I know I'm being treated honestly with quality reliable work done.
