Opened in December 1990, as an independant Firestone Dealership, Parker Auto Care Ltd. started as a three-person operation at 925 Clyde Avenue, with Dave Parker at the helm. After a few years in business, we expanded to carry the Bridgestone and Dayton lines of tires, and later, added Fuzion when Firestone introduced the new line to the market. The business grew so much, that in 2004 we purchased the original Skip’s Service Center Building at 900 Churchill Avenue South. After 2 1/2 years of wrangling with the city of Ottawa’s approval processes, we added a 40 x 60 foot addition and six more service bays. Using the back door of 900 Churchill as our new front door, we arrived at our new address of 891 Bellevue Ave. We moved in October 15, 2006 with six licensed technicians and have proceeded from there.
